You will need |
2 eggs 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper A bit of butter the size of a marble. |
||
What to do |
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, making sure not to get any shell in there with them. 2. Gently beat the eggs together and add the salt and pepper. The mix should look the same all the way through, with no huge yellow of see through chunks. 3. Out a small frying pan over a medium heat, add the butter and heat it until the butter is completely melted and making a sizzling noise. 4. Pour the beaten egg mix into the pan and stir slowly with a wooded spoon. 5. Keep stirring for about 2 minutes or until all the egg has set. Don't let the egg stick to the bottom of the pan, so stir well and get the spoon right down to the bottom of the pan. 6. When the egg is ready, scrape it out of the pan and onto a plate. TIP: This goes well with a slice of buttered toast, cooked mushrooms or even a salad. |
